Moonlight Hayride

Wednesday, April 16th

7:00 pm

$5 Per Person

Limited to 20 People

Online Reservations Required

Reserve your space by April 15th and bring a printed copy of your reservation confirmation with you.

Meet us in the Lake Wauberg parking lot near the boat ramp and we will walk to the hayride site together.  The hayride will begin near the Lake Wauberg Recreation Area then follow Lake Trail and nearby service roads, returning to the Lake Wauberg Recreation Area.  This area is a short walk from the parking lot.

Dress for a short walk, evening weather outdoors,  and sitting on a trailer with hay that will be moving slowly.  Bring a flashlight - although we request that they not be used during the hayride itself, it will be dark when we return and they may be helpful when returning to your vehicle following the program.

This program is strictly limited to 20 people due to limited space on the hayride, thus online reservations are required.

Reservations required by April 15th.

$3 from each admission will go directly to the Friends of Paynes Prairie who support ranger-led programs, events, the Visitor Center, La Chua Interpretive Trailer, and a variety of other activities including resource management at Paynes Prairie.
