Leslie Walks A Lot: Tales from the Trail

Ready for some great winter time story telling?  Please join us in welcoming Gainesville native, Leslie Heffington, to the Paynes Prairie Visitor’s Center for an evening presentation.  In 2019 Leslie hiked the full length of the Appalachian Trail from Springer Mountain, Georgia to Mount Katahdin, Maine in a 181 day, 2200 mile odyssey.  Come learn about Leslie’s grand adventure through her photographic journey titled “Leslie Walks A Lot”.  Light refreshments included.  This event has limited seating and requires registration.
