This series is designed to release stress and tension after the work day and will include breathing exercises, follow the 26 basic Kripalu postures, and a guided relaxation. All skill levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, and a cushion or towel to use as a prop.
6 classes, April 18th through May 23rd, will be held in the Paynes Prairie Visitor Center on Tuesday evenings from 7-8 pm. Hot tea will be available following the class.
Classes are free with park admission.
