This series is designed to release stress and tension after the work day and will include breathing exercises, follow the 26 basic Kripalu postures, and a guided relaxation. All skill levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, and a cushion or towel to use as a prop.
Classes will be held in the Paynes Prairie Visitor Center from 6:30-7:30 pm on most Tuesday evenings. Visit www.prairiefriends.org for class dates and times.
Classes are free with park admission or Florida State Parks Annual Pass.
RSVPs are limited to 10 due to limited space in the Visitor Center. Please RSVP on this webpage by clicking the Register button. This is helpful if you would like to be notified of cancellation or any other changes with the class.
