Sweetwater Community Cleanup

Come help clean up the Sweetwater Branch.  This community event will remove trash and prevent it from flowing into the Paynes Prairie Enhancement Wetland.

Friday, November 7th

9:00am 

Everyone will meet at the Gainesville-Hawthorne State Trailhead at Boulware Springs at 9:00 am.  The address is 3300 SE 15th Street in Gainesville.

Dress for work in the natural environment and wear full shoes (no flip flops or sandals) that you don't mind getting muddy.

Bring a water bottle and anything else you need to be comfortable in the field. 

The Paynes Prairie AmeriCorps and National Civilian Conservation Corps (NCCC) will be hosting this event.
