Participated in the Conservation Stewards Awards Banquet with Alachua Conservation Trust
Maintained membership at over 400
Completed an internal audit of the corporation accounts
Completed annual report filings with the State
Held an Annual Election Meeting and reception at the Visitor Centerv
Participated in an evening meeting and reception with the Florida Native Plant Society
Organized and funded a memorial service for volunteer Dominick Martino

Participated in crocodilian interpretive programs for schools and other groups
Established and staffed an interpretive booth on the La Chua Trail, including the purchase of a trailer and towing equipment
Hosted the Star Gazing evening
Continued the Gentle Walk and Talk program
Staffed information booths at local community events
Staffed an information booth at the weekly Farmers Market in Gainesville
Supported Literacy Month program
Purchased cracker cow whip for interpretive programs
Purchased period clothing for interpretive program

Purchased root rake for maintenance of the GHT
Funded a native plant landscaping program at the new entrance gate
Participated in the redesign of the Visitor Center
Funded the construction of a new gazebo on the La Chua boardwalk
Supported the Old Florida Heritage Highway Corridor Master Plan program
Participated in creek clean-up programs
Provided Rangers with an additional power pruner for trail maintenance
Purchased a replica barred owl skull for interpretive programs
Purchased other miscellaneous equipment as needed
Applied for and received a $25,000 Tourism Product Development Grant for repairs to the La Chua Trail tower, and interpretive materials on the boardwalk
